Return Policy
Digital Course Access
All courses and resources are delivered digitally. Access begins immediately after enrolment is confirmed. Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are limited as described below.
Cooling-Off and Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content or attended a live workshop.
- After the 14-day window or once substantial content is consumed, refunds are not available. We can assist with course transfers where appropriate.
Live Sessions and Workshops
For scheduled live sessions, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent access to purchased content, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to restore access or provide an equitable solution, which may include extension of access or a partial refund where applicable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, provide your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request using the contact details below. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
